When making a post or reply, just use the new icon of the fellow with the :X face in the icon bar or use the normal spoiler tag that we've always used on ProBoards forums.
Now that we have these, I'd like to request that anybody who posted any particularly large images or picspam larger than two or three pics go back and edit his/her posts to put the excess images behind the spoiler.
